Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 days (Monday to Saturday).

Delivery Time

Delivery to Belgium and the Netherlands takes approximately 6–12 days (Monday to Saturday).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is currently free on all orders.

Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you wish to return a product, you may begin the return process after you have received the item.

Item Not Received

If you have not yet received your order but the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered, please contact the carrier to locate the shipment.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer have direct control over the delivery.

In some cases, tracking information may temporarily be unavailable due to technical issues. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us at info@ytilint.com.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
